Lakeda Shield Fishery Protection System - Sea Guardian: Intelligent Marine Ranch Security Solution

Lakeda Shield Fishery Protection System - Sea Guardian (abbreviated as “Lakeda Shield Fishery”) is an integrated intelligent terminal software independently developed by our company, specifically designed for smart aquaculture and marine ranching. The system adopts an innovative architecture centered on event management, integrating multiple functions such as target detection,联动 tracking, snapshot evidence collection, intelligent early warning, and event backtracking. It supports convenient access to high-resolution security radar and mainstream PTZ electro-optical devices. By fusing information from various types of intelligent sensors and conducting联动 analysis, the system achieves an extremely low false alarm rate and intelligent classification alerts under various weather conditions, reaching industry-leading standards.

3. Supporting Hardware Equipment Function List

3.1 Detection Equipment

The system supports the integration of various detection devices, enabling real-time monitoring and display of vessel positions, speeds, headings, and movement trajectories. This effectively prevents illegal fishing and poaching and facilitates rapid localization of distressed vessels in emergencies such as maritime disasters, significantly improving rescue efficiency.

3.1.1 Radar Equipment

As a fundamental detection device, radar is typically deployed on high towers in maritime areas, supporting all-weather monitoring of low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude zones. By emitting electromagnetic waves to obtain target方位 information, the radar transmits data in real-time to the system platform, displaying key information such as target trajectory, speed, and height. It also supports preliminary target classification, providing a basis for subsequent处置.

3.1.2 AIS Vessel Identification System

The AIS system is a critical tool for maritime safety and traffic management, comprising AIS transmitters and receivers. Transmitters are installed on registered vessels, sending vessel information in real-time via GPS; receivers capture this information and transmit it to the Lakeda Shield Fishery platform. The system uses algorithms to parse dynamic vessel data, visually distinguishing between legal and illegal vessels on the map, greatly enhancing maritime management and search and rescue efficiency.

3.1.3 Electronic Badge (Friend or Foe Identifier)

Electronic badges are mounted on我方 operational vessels to identify the attributes of targets detected by radar. Data is transmitted back to the system via wireless networks, and the platform uses algorithms to compare it with radar data, distinguishing between whitelisted and blacklisted vessels in real-time and displaying the results on the interface. This ensures that only authorized vessels can access designated areas.

3.2联动 Equipment

3.2.1 Electro-Optical Equipment

Electro-optical equipment serves as a vital supplement to radar detection, offering stable tracking capabilities during both day and night and in complex environments. Equipped with high-resolution cameras and infrared thermal imagers, it can capture images and thermal recordings of targets. Based on方位 and distance data provided by the radar, the system automatically联动 the electro-optical equipment for tracking, snapshot capture, and video recording, supporting playback and evidence collection after the fact.
